1. Identifying Information and Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter, "T&C") govern the purchase of products offered on the website  https://decoeuropa.com (en adelante, el "Sitio Web"), owned by MICRO SINE, S.L. (hereinafter, "Decoeuropa"), with Tax ID No. B87792578 and registered office at Ronda No. 14, 28320, Pinto, Madrid.

Placing an order on the Website implies the customer’s (hereinafter, the "User") unreserved acceptance of these T&C, as well as our Política de Privacidad y Política de Cookies.

2. Purchasing Process

To place an order, the User must follow the online purchase procedure below:

  • Select the products you wish to purchase and add them to the "Shopping Cart."
  • Review the cart and proceed to "Checkout."
  • Fill out the form with your contact, shipping, and billing information.
  • Select the shipping and payment methods.
  • Accept these T&C and confirm the order by clicking the button indicating the corresponding payment obligation.

Upon confirmation, the User will receive an email acknowledging receipt and confirming the purchase. The contract shall be deemed formalized upon receipt of said email.

3. Products and Prices

All product prices listed on the Website are shown in the currency specific to the customer’s country, typically Euros (€), and include VAT and any other applicable taxes. However, these prices do not include shipping costs, which will be detailed during the checkout process and must be accepted by the User before confirming the order.

Decoeuropa reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but products will be billed at the price in effect at the time the order is placed.

4. Payment Methods

The User may pay for their order using any of the following methods. During the checkout process, the User must select their preferred payment method:

  • Credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, etc.).
  • PayPal.
  • Bank transfer.

Decoeuropa uses secure payment gateways to ensure the confidentiality of payment information.

5. Shipping and Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and are indicated in business days. They are specified for each product and confirmed during the checkout process. Decoeuropa is not liable for delays that may occur due to causes beyond its control or force majeure.

It is the User’s responsibility to check the integrity of the package and its contents upon delivery. Any issues (damaged product, missing items, etc.) must be reported to Decoeuropa within 24 hours of receipt.

If, upon receipt of the goods from the carrier, you notice missing items or damage to the packaging, you must indicate this on the delivery note provided by the carrier and immediately notify Decoeuropa in writing through your account via an RMA (incident report), which you can access through your account profile in the orders section.

Decoeuropa is not responsible for the loss or damage of goods during transport; this is the responsibility of the shipping carrier. This incident will be covered by shipping insurance. Any claim related to shipping made more than 48 hours after receipt of the goods will be rejected.

6. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with current legislation, the User has a period of 15 calendar days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without the need to provide a reason.

To exercise this right, the User must notify Decoeuropa of their decision via email at info@decoeuropa.com. The product must be returned in perfect condition, in its original packaging, and must not have been used beyond a simple inspection to verify its condition.

Once the product has been received and inspected, Decoeuropa will refund the total purchase amount, including standard shipping costs, within a maximum of 15 calendar days. The direct costs of returning the product will be borne by the User.

No product that has been tampered with by the customer, misused, broken, etc., will be exchanged or refunded; in such cases, all warranties will be void. As a matter of company policy, cash refunds will not be issued; instead, a discount voucher applicable to the online store will be generated.

Products that are handmade to the customer’s specifications CANNOT BE RETURNED, as they are custom-made to order.

7. Order Cancellation

To cancel an order, please send an email to info@decoeuropa.com, specifying the order number. If the cancellation is received before the order is shipped, the customer will not be charged any fees. If the cancellation is received after the order has been shipped, the customer will be responsible for both the original shipping costs and the return shipping costs for that order.

8. Warranties

All new products purchased on the Website are covered by a legal warranty of up to 10 years (depending on the type of product) from the date of delivery, which covers any lack of conformity of the product, in accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007.

The warranty does not cover defects caused by negligence, impact, improper use or handling, incorrect installation, or wear and tear from normal use. To file a warranty claim, the User must contact our customer service department.

Decoeuropa is not liable for damage caused by unprofessional installation, products modified or tampered with by the Customer or any other person not authorized by the manufacturer, improper use, tampering, and/or short circuits, or apparent signs of misuse. The product to be repaired or replaced must always correspond to the one shipped by Decoeuropa as listed on the delivery note and/or invoice.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by factors external to the normal use of the product or improper use by individuals or companies not authorized by Decoeuropa.

Decoeuropa is not obligated to compensate the user or third parties for the consequences of using the product, whether direct or indirect damages, accidents suffered by persons, damage to property unrelated to the product, loss of profit, or loss of earnings. Decoeuropa shall not be liable under any circumstances for any possible faults or defects that the products provided may have.

9. Intellectual and Industrial Property

All content on the Website, including text, photographs, logos, icons, and images, as well as its graphic design and source code, is the property of Decoeuropa or third parties that have licensed its use, and is protected by national and international intellectual and industrial property laws.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute that may arise from the purchase of products, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the courts and tribunals of the User’s place of residence.

Furthermore, in accordance with Regulation (EU) No. 524/2013, we inform you that you have the right to request out of court resolution of consumer disputes through the European Union’s online dispute resolution platform, accessible at the following address: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.
