Gray Cement Joint Sealant 310ml Mapesil AC Mapei - Silicone - Anti-mold 

Mapesil AC from MAPEI is a  silicone sealant (polymer based on silicone → high elasticity and water resistance)   single-component (ready to apply directly) of acetic crosslinking, (The sealant resists because it reacts with air moisture) without condensers and with EC1 Plus certification of very low emission.

 Especially designed for professionals who need a durable, elastic, and waterproof seal in construction and renovation projects.

It is the ideal solution for joint sealing in stone, ceramic coatings, sinks, showers, bathtubs, pools, window frames, and facades. It adheres excellently to glass, ceramic, and anodized aluminum, and with prior use of Primer FD also on concrete, wood, metal, and painted surfaces. It allows joint movement of up to ±25% of its original dimension.

Incorporation of biocides (fungicides) Anti-mold

  • The formulation includes additives that inhibit the growth of fungi.
  • They act by interfering with cellular processes of mold (membrane, metabolism).

Among its main features technical tacan:

  1. High elasticity with an elongation at break of 800%
  2. Resistance to extreme temperatures from -40°C to +180°C
  3. Waterproof and vapor permeability.
  4. Resistance to chemical and atmospheric agents.
