¿Se pueden combinar dos acabados distintos de la gama?

Sí. Los cinco modelos comparten el formato de 120x60 cm, así que las alturas casan y no hacen falta recortes entre paños. Lo recomendable es dedicar un paño completo a cada acabado en lugar de alternar piezas, porque los relieves tienen alturas distintas.

¿Compensa comprar el pack o las unidades sueltas?

El pack reduce el precio por panel frente a la unidad suelta. Compensa a partir de la superficie que cubre cada formato: 12,96 m² en los packs de 18, 15,84 m² en el de 22, 7,2 m² en el de 10 y 4,32 m² en el de 6. Por debajo de esas cifras, las unidades sueltas evitan sobrante.

¿Los paneles 3D de poliuretano valen para baños o cocinas?

El material no absorbe humedad, así que funciona en baños ventilados y fuera de la zona de salpicadura directa de la ducha. En cocinas debe quedar lejos de la placa y de cualquier foco de calor.

3D polyurethane panels

Rigid PU HD polyurethane 3D panels cover 0.72 m² per piece, weigh between 1.5 and 2.2 kg and are glued directly to the wall. Five finishes, a single 120x60 cm format and the same installation system for all of them.

High-density rigid polyurethane solved an old problem in decorative wall cladding: achieving real relief without weight or construction work. A plaster moulding with the same volume weighs more than 15 kg per square metre and requires mechanical anchoring; these panels weigh just 2.1 kg. That difference makes it possible to install them on plasterboard partition walls without reinforcement and finish a room in one afternoon instead of three days.

Compared with wallpaper featuring printed texture, the advantage is the shadow: the volume is physical, so the pattern changes depending on the time and angle of the light. Compared with thin PVC, HD PU does not give when pressed. And compared with natural stone or cladding, it eliminates mortar, cutting with an angle grinder and days of drying time.

How to choose the finish

All five models are installed in the same way and cost almost the same, so the decision depends on the room's light and the role you want the wall to play.

Little natural lightSeries A. The beige preserves the depth of the shadows where white looks grey in the middle of the afternoon.
Colour already decidedSeries C. Paintable white: give it the exact shade of the room and the texture stands out without changing the colour palette.
Long wall sectionsSeries D. The pattern needs space to complete its rhythm; on short walls, it looks unfinished.
Feature wallWave Board. The wave relief is the most pronounced of the smooth finishes.
Mineral textureRock Stone. Exposed stone look with 3 kg/m² instead of 30.

How many panels you need. Divide the square metres of your wall by 0.72 and round up. A 3 x 2.4 m wall is 7.2 m², that is, 10 panels. Add one or two extra pieces if there are windows, corners or outlets that require cutting.

Installation without building work

The procedure is identical across the range. The surface must be firm, clean and dry: seal cracks and sand away any remaining textured paint or loose paint. Dry-fit the first row and mark a level line, because this course determines the alignment of the entire surface. Then apply zigzag beads of mounting adhesive to the back, with a perimeter bead 2 cm from the edge, and press evenly. Cut the finishing pieces with a fine-toothed saw or sharp utility knife.

Two limits worth keeping in mind. Do not use solvent-based adhesives or paints: they damage the polyurethane and deform the relief. Use MS polymer mounting adhesives. And do not install these panels next to fireplaces, inserts, stoves or kitchen hobs: they are made of polyurethane and have no declared reaction-to-fire classification.
